At KOTOBUKIYA US ONLINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached, including the printed RMA slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
